Bordes Kim residence is located at 14 east 4th New York, N.Y. It is a gut renovation of a duplex apartment.  A distinguishing feature of the design is the carbonized bamboo flooring installed throughout by us. Another outstanding feature of the apartment is the glass tile in both bathrooms also installed by us.
Again we have completed a difficult “minimalist” project featuring extremely high end finishes. The custom cabinetry on this project was designed by the architects and fabricated by “Greenpoint Woodwork.” The spiral staircase was fabricated and installed by “Bronx Stair.”
